horizontal tube ball mill

Cement Plants

Normally, cement (clinker) mills are 2 chamber (in some case 3 chamber) (where as Coal/ Raw/ Limestone mills are normally mono chamber), and diaphragms separate one chamber from another, filtering the size of material to the next chamber. The Diaphragms are fitted onto a sturdy structure known as Diaphragm Frame. The other products used are Liners and Grinding Balls, which are in various designs, grades based on various requirements and principals operating.

GRINDING MEDIA BALLS & CYLPEBS

Hyper Steel Grinding Media Balls

High Chrome Grinding Media Balls

Cylpebs

Conventionally, grinding media was made of cast iron, cast steel and even through forged process. However, Hyper Steel grinding media has surpassed the conventionally produced grinding media in terms of performance. A minimum 50% reduction in wear rate is expected over conventional grades. SBMI is one of the highest suppliers of quality hyper steel grinding media and castings.
