Specifications
Mn. Steel Castings are manufactured by us in electric induction furnace confirming to various grades of IS:276/2000 with following specifications followed by most suitable heat treatment cycle adopted for improving wear resistivity of these castings.
Pre-dispatch Inspection
We agree for pre-dispatch inspection of material manufactured by us either by customers Inspection Officer or from any Third Party M/s. Lloyds Register, S.G.S., etc. depending on requirement of customer. In such cases necessary facilities for testing of material shall be provided by us on free of charge basis but inspection charges and other expenses of inspection agency are to be borne by the customer.

Supply Conditions
- Castings will be supplied in un-machined hand ground conditions or duly machined as per customer requirement.
- Castings tolerances shall be maintained as per IS: 4897 Class – 2.
- Castings shall be free from internal and external defects, like blowholes, cracks etc.
- Each casting is legibly marked for proper identification and traceability according to requirement of customer.
Test Certificate
We have all testing facilities required for physical testing and chemical analysis of these castings in our Laboratory and as per requirement of IS: 2376/1980. Routine testing is done during the process of manufacturing as well as during final inspection before delivery of materials. All consignments shall be accompanied with test certificate from our laboratory for chemical composition and physical parameters like hardness, bend angle and ultrasonic testing.
